My Bio
My love for drawing goes all the way back when I was a little girl and it all started with Sailormoon. It led me to drawing portraits because I would constantly draw sailormoon characters then would apply the same concept when trying to draw real people. I remember drawing a person's face either with small nose or most of the time, without one at all. Later on, I picked up drawing landscape or scenery which was the very first theme I drew digitally in my digital illustration back in college. I was also exposed in early age of Rococo, Renaissance and Baroque Art due to my Uncles and Aunts bringing so much books to us back when we were in Philippines.
My main medium in Art now would be Paper, pencil, watercolor, colored pencils, acrylic and Adobe Creative Suite 5. I am focusing more on themes of Portraiture and Landscape. I hope you enjoy my gallery!

I am demanding more time for Art to myself. It's like there's an argument going on in my head, one is the procrastinator and the other is the motivator. P would say "Later.. I think there's a new drama I would like to check out plus I have early work tomorrow plus this.. that.. " & M would say "Well.. well.. well.. you're at it again. JUST DRAW!" So coming up with several personal art projects I would like to do this year. A motto I say to myself: "JUST DO IT!" A sketch a day, keeps Ms. Art-Procrastinator away! hehehe

Wow, I still can't believe 2011 is over and now we're in 2012! Last year might be one of my busiest and complicated time I have experienced with all the major changes, realization and many more emotional mixes. This year, I would like to have good major changes in my life.

A gift for a year

I recently upgraded to a premium membership for a year ( a gift to me ) which I'm really happy for. I will be taking advantage to this great opportunity, pulling out all my serious artworks from college and post them up here. I'm currently building my portfolio, finding inspirations and just doing more art as much as possible. I hope this will be a wonderful artful year for me.
Also, I am loving this skin for my journal! I'm a big fan of studio ghibli movies and My Neighbor Totoro will be the very first movie I've seen by them, also one of my favorites too!
